1st You need to setup mx record like webmail.yourdomainzimbra.co.nz and a cname to point webmail.yourdomainzimbra.co.nz to point to cloudmail.webconect.nz or you can use cloudmail.webconect.nz
To do this you need to login your hosting account with us, if you dont host your DNS with us please change on your provider end, if unsure drop us a support email or contact your IT company.
Pleas make sure there is only one mx record failing to do this may result in no emails.
2nd Login to your webconnect Hosting Client Area go to Services / My Services Click on your new Product / Manage Mailboxes and add your user name and password once created click on user and it will give you the login to online version.
3rd Setting up Exchange or Imap is very simple.
Incoming and out going mail is cloudmail.webconnect.nz , if you would like a custom setting ie youredomain.co.nz instead of ours this can be done, we would need to purchase a SSL Cert to make this connection secure ssl certs start from $45 a year installed.
port 25 smtp [mta] - incoming mail to postfix
port 110 pop3 [mailbox]
port 143 imap [mailbox]
port 587 smtp [mta] - Mail submission over tls
Please note if using port you my encounter blocks from some providers please use below setting, or for quick solution is to use online version.
We recommend SSL Cert as its more secure and works around the world.
port 465 smtps [mta] - incoming mail to postfix over SSL (Outlook only)
port 995 pops [mailbox] - pop over SSL
port 993 imaps [mailbox] - imap over SSL
