Due to heavy rain and strong winds throughout the country, some customers may be experiencing loss of service on their broadband connections. Our technicians are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience.
We believe the issue with Yahoo! Xtra mail that some of our customers experienced today has now been resolved. If customers are still experiencing problems accessing their Yahoo! Xtra accounts, we recommend they access them via webmail.xtra.co.nz. We will continue to monitor the service very closely and are also investigating what went wrong in detail to ensure it doesn’t reoccur
